一、阀的功能与结构特点

    • 定值、压力补偿型优先流量控制阀（fixed, pressure‑compensated, priority flow control）；
    • 在优先支路上 集成可调溢流阀（built‑in adjustable relief on the priority leg）。
• 稳定性设计：
  • 在优先支路内部集成 阻尼腔（integral damping chamber in the priority section），
  • 用于改善阀在动态工况下的 稳定性（improve stability），减少振荡与抖动。
• 适用工况：
  • 特别适合 需要将优先流量重新与旁通流量合并（re‑combining the priority flow to the bypass flow） 的应用：
    • 例如：优先给转向、工作装置供油，剩余流量回主回路或其他负载。
• 系统级收益：
  • 将两种阀功能集成在一个插装阀中：
    • 减少阀数量与阀腔数量；
    • 降低系统占用空间与成本（reduce space requirements and cost）。

二、规格参数与能力范围

• 大规格型号的额定能力：
  • 最大入口流量（inlet flow）：
    • 20 gpm≈76 L/min
  • 固定优先流量（fixed priority flow）：
    • 最高至 12 gpm≈45 L/min
  • 系统压力（system pressure）：
    • 最高至 4000 psi≈276 bar

也就是说：在 4000 psi / 276 bar 的系统压力下，这只阀可以从 20 gpm 总流量中“切”出最多 12 gpm 的优先流量，并通过内置溢流保护优先支路。
