The second section (2) consists of different tabs where the user can get information like technical data, images or 3D CAD files of the selected component. The&nbsp;product information, technical data and symbol get updated with the selected options. The \u201cSymbol Viewer\u201d button (refer to Figure 2) allows the user to magnify the view of the configured component\u2019s symbol. All these Catalogue Manager features were designed to enable the user to easily choose and configure pre-modelled hydraulic valves.<br>\u4f7f\u7528\u201c\u4ea7\u54c1\u914d\u7f6e\u5668\u201d\uff0c\u7528\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f7b\u677e\u9009\u62e9\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u7279\u6027\u5e76\u914d\u7f6e\u7ec4\u4ef6\u7684\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7279\u5b9a\u96f6\u4ef6\u7f16\u53f7\u3002&nbsp;\u7528\u6237\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u9009\u9879\u9009\u62e9\u6240\u9700\u7684\u578b\u53f7\u3001\u5bc6\u5c01\u4ef6\u3001\u538b\u529b\u8303\u56f4\u3001\u538b\u529b\u8bbe\u5b9a\u3001\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u5f0f\u7b49\u3002&nbsp;\u4ea7\u54c1\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u6280\u672f\u6570\u636e\u548c\u7b26\u53f7\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u6240\u9009\u9009\u9879\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u65b0\u3002\u201c\u7b26\u53f7\u67e5\u770b\u5668\u201d\u6309\u94ae\uff08\u53c2\u89c1\u56fe 2\uff09\u5141\u8bb8\u7528\u6237\u653e\u5927\u5df2\u914d\u7f6e\u7ec4\u4ef6\u7b26\u53f7\u7684\u89c6\u56fe\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u76ee\u5f55\u7ba1\u7406\u5668\u529f\u80fd\u90fd\u65e8\u5728\u4f7f\u7528\u6237\u80fd\u591f\u8f7b\u677e\u9009\u62e9\u548c\u914d\u7f6e\u9884\u5148\u5efa\u6a21\u7684\u6db2\u538b\u9600\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users may now simply drag and drop the desired valve into the editor area of&nbsp;Automation Studio\u2122 for circuit integration. The valves can be reconfigured on the editor area by accessing the \u201cPart Number\u201d tab in component properties, as shown in Figure 3. It contains the same options as the \u201cProduct Configurator\u201d window. \u201cCatalogue Information\u201d opens the manufacturer\u2019s technical specifications of the product so users don\u2019t need to go back to the \u201cDocuments\u201d tab of the Catalogue Manager. The \u201c3D viewer\u201d tab displays 3D CAD files and dynamic updates for the product, according to the selected configuration. Details related to the cavity can be seen in the \u201cCavity Information\u201d tab. It also provides choices to modify the cavity. All these new features are incorporated to reduce editing time while developing hydraulic integrated circuits and corresponding cartridge valve manifolds. The simulation models take into consideration each product\u2019s performance data available in the manufacturer specifications and adjust them to the specific project working conditions (oil viscosity, density, temperature, etc.). For example, to verify the influence of flow on pressure drop in a check valve, the pressure drop test is simulated as shown in Figure 4. With this test, the change in pressure drop with varying flow rate as per the specification is confirmed. This virtual test bench is available in the Catalogue.<br>\u76ee\u5f55\u4e2d\u7684\u9600\u95e8\u9488\u5bf9\u5404\u79cd\u578b\u53f7\u3001\u63a7\u5236\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u989d\u5b9a\u6d41\u91cf\u548c\u538b\u529b\u7b49\u7ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u914d\u7f6e\u548c\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u95f4\u9694\u4e3a10\u6beb\u79d2\u3002\u6a21\u62df\u6a21\u578b\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u5236\u9020\u5546\u89c4\u683c\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6bcf\u79cd\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5e76\u6839\u636e\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u5de5\u51b5\uff08\u6cb9\u6db2\u7c98\u5ea6\u3001\u5bc6\u5ea6\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u7b49\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u6574\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6d41\u91cf\u5bf9\u6b62\u56de\u9600\u538b\u964d\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u6a21\u62df\u4e86\u5982\u56fe4\u6240\u793a\u7684\u538b\u964d\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u6b64\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u786e\u8ba4\u538b\u964d\u968f\u6d41\u91cf\u53d8\u5316\u7b26\u5408\u89c4\u683c\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8be5\u865a\u62df\u6d4b\u8bd5\u53f0\u53ef\u5728\u76ee\u5f55\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.famictech.com\/Portals\/0\/Catalogues\/PDF\/Catalogue%20Presentation%20-Danfoss%20ICS%20Valves%20V3.1_files\/image007.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Figure 4:&nbsp;<\/strong>Pressure Drop Test of a CP103-1 Check Valve.<br><strong>\u56fe 4\uff1a<\/strong>&nbsp;CP103-1 \u6b62\u56de\u9600\u7684\u538b\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, tests to validate the behaviour of a sequence valve are also available. In Figure 4, the behaviour of a VDP 06\/NC sequence valve is tested in a cylinder extension application. These tests validate the performance of each product of the catalogue as per the manufacturer\u2019s specifications. All the valves of this catalogue are ready to simulate and can be used directly in Automation Studio\u2122 for any application project. It contains the manifold block which is designed by using ready to simulate&nbsp;Danfoss ICS&nbsp;valves drag and dropped from the Catalogue. It demonstrates that these valves are compatible and can be simulated in the Automation Studio\u2122 Live Manifold module. The module generates 50 to 100 routing solutions and displays the best solutions based on parameters like the smallest block dimension and the least number of drillings.
